Carol’s son Nick has now graduated (in our eyes at least!) to ACE Political Correspondent for The Western Mail. Only a one week placement at the Cardiff office of the paper, and his article on young peoples’ views voting for the first time dominates the whole of page three. Quite a scoop given that May 3rd was election day for the Welsh Assembly. Love the bias Nick, three students and a Roadie are featured – you made the case for more beer money for students!
Sadly, he did not feature my views – which run something along the lines of ‘don’t vote, it only encourages the bastards!’
…and let me introduce you to Nick & the lovely Roz, both studying hard in Falmouth University. Of course, they had no time to go partying, as their academic life takes priority.
