This Blog has suffered from an acute lack of care and attention for several months, due in part to laziness & disinterest, but primarily because I prefer to live – and relax – in the “real world”. It is a strange occupation putting one’s thoughts and feelings down onto a computer screen, for whoever wishes to delve into it to “observe”. In my own life this has always been a somewhat dangerous occupation, as I have committed myself to writing at times when I have been emotionally most vulnerable. In hindsight, not a very clever move! Exposing our inner selves requires a degree of confidence or foolishness which I either do not possess or am exceedingly wary of.

 However, a lot in my life has changed – and for the better – and I want to share that with whoever wants to read it. I am tempted to say “get a life!” You must be bored to be reading this **** ! Maybe it’s me, getting the balance right between ‘living’ life to the full, and writing a few footnotes to it. Let’s see how it goes anyway.

I will compartmentalise everything that has happened with complimentary photographs – if I can sort out my photo-filing system – although they will certainly not be in any chronological order. I like the chaos anyway! So, over the next few weeks and months lets add to the picture that is ME
